Terms of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on OfficeStationery.ae, operated by Forton General Trading LLC, for business buyers within the United Arab Emirates.

2. Business Sales Only

We sell exclusively to businesses and registered organizations. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business use and authorized to do so on behalf of your organization.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if items are out of stock, discontinued, or affected by supplier constraints.

4. Prices and Currency

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
Prices may be subject to VAT in accordance with UAE law.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Final acceptance occurs when your order is processed and dispatched.

6. Payment Terms

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment methods.
Corporate accounts may be eligible for invoicing and credit terms upon approval.
Payments must be completed in full before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Delivery

We deliver across the UAE to verified business addresses.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, stock issues, or third-party logistics.
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to your premises or authorized personnel.

8. Title of Goods

Ownership of goods passes to you only after full payment has been received and confirmed by us.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items, subject to our Return Policy. Custom or special-order items may not be returnable unless faulty. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

10. Warranties

Products may carry manufacturer warranties as specified in their documentation. We do not provide additional warranties unless stated explicitly. Please inspect products on delivery and report any issues within 3 business days.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased by you.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain interruptions, or government restrictions.

13. Compliance with Law

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the purchase, use, and distribution of our products within the UAE.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Sale at any time. The updated version will be posted at www.officestationery.ae/terms-of-sale with the effective date clearly stated.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
